Continue after the pilot
At the end of your 14 days you choose whether to continue. Nothing is charged unless you do.
Steps
- The days left in your pilot show at the top of Alta. Open About your pilot to see the price and terms you saw when you started.
- To continue, choose Continue and pay by card, which opens a secure Stripe checkout, or ask for an invoice.
- To stop, choose End my pilot. There is no charge and no penalty.
- Until you choose, after the 14 days Alta opens only the pilot page.
Worth knowing
- If you do not continue, your access ends and your records are kept as the privacy policy describes until you ask for them to be deleted.
- A paying school can change its card or cancel from the same page; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month paid for.
