The fastest way to judge Alta is to apply for the founding pilot and tell the founder what is in front of you. He reads every application and replies by email; if it fits, the next step is a short call and then setup. Nothing to install, and no account to create first. Apply for a founding pilot.
Specific requests
- Delete my data. Write in and it is done within thirty days. No reason needed. See privacy.
- Security issue. Write in with the details. You will hear back from the founder, not a ticketing system.
- Vendor paperwork. Say what your business office needs, such as a W-9, a quote to write a purchase order against, or a services agreement.
